What we collect
This website has no account system and no tracking. We only hold personal data you send us yourself.
If you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, organisation and whatever you put in the message.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to assess whether we can supply you, and to keep a record of our dealings with you.
Our legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where we are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping records of them.
Where an enquiry concerns controlled goods, we also process what export control law requires us to record.
How long we keep it
Up to five years from your last contact with us, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. Export control and commercial record-keeping duties can require longer retention.
Who we share it with
No one, other than service providers acting on our instructions, and competent authorities where the law requires it. Enquiries sent through the contact form are relayed by FormSubmit, a form service operated by Devro LABS, which forwards them to us by email and retains them for 30 days. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal data, correction or deletion of it, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to dr@bifrostdefence.com and we will respond within one month.
You can withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it, without affecting processing already carried out.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. Fonts and every other asset are served from this site itself, so loading a page makes no request to any third party.
Submitting the contact form posts your name, email address, organisation and message to FormSubmit, which relays them to us. Nothing else is sent. If you would rather not use it, write to dr@bifrostdefence.com directly.
Complaints
If you are concerned about how we handle your data, contact us first at dr@bifrostdefence.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in the EU or EEA state where you live or work, or to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
